「人からよく言われるんです」という時に、主語を何にするか少し迷いました。早速、「（人から）よく言われる」の表現について調べました。

*「a lot」は、「much」「many」と同じ意味で「かなり多い、大量、めっちゃ」の意味です。
■ I get that all the time.
*「all the time」は、「いつも、常に」という意味です。

友達から積極的だとよく言われる。

*「temperance」は「過剰を慎むこと、節制、適度、節酒、禁酒」という意味です。
