床の壊れたタイルを修理するかどうか尋ねられた時に、「このままでいいです」って言いたかったのですが、表現に迷いました。「I’d like to keep these tiles.」で伝わりましたが、早速、「このまま」の英語表現について調べました。
■ like this – – このまま、こんな風に、こんな感じ、この様に
これはこのままでいいです。
This is fine like this.
このままではダメです。
I will not be OK like this.
このままでは私は仕事が終わらない。
We will not finish work like this.
このまま時間が過ぎるのはよくありません。
Times passing like this is not good.
この家具はこのままこの部屋で保管しておきます。
This furniture is kept in this room like this.
私は彼女とこのままずっと一緒にいたい。
I’d like to stay with her forever like this.
■ as it is – – 現状で、今のままでも
この車はこのままにしておきたい。

■ leave – – （動詞）[～の状態に]しておく

私たちは、このまま島にいたい。

私はこのまま我慢してこのレストランで働きつづける。

If you keep studying hard, I’m going to pass the examination.
「このまま」という日本語を意識せずに、言いたいことを感じることが大切です。「keep」や「continue」「remain」なども使うことができそうです。
「このまま」の表現は、上記以外にもまだまだたくさんありますが、使いやすいものを幾つか覚えるのが良いかもしれません。
