「水で薄めて使う」と言いたかったのですが、「薄める」の表現に迷いました。「It is used with water.」でも通じると思いますが、早速、「(水で）薄める」について調べました。

*「concentrate」は「濃縮液」という意味です。

「water」に動詞形があるのを知りませんでした。「water」の過去形、または過去分詞は「watered」です。飲み物などを薄める場合には「water down」が使いやすそうです。
