■ What happened? – – どしたのですか？何があったのですか？
*「What happened?」は、過去形で単に過去に起きたことを尋ねています。
昨夜、その場所で何があったのですか？
What happened in that place last night?
今朝、何があったか私に教えてください。
Could you tell me what happened this morning?
彼女は状況をよく覚えていないようです。
It seems that she doesn’t remember what happened.
■ What’s happened? – – どしたのですか？何があったのですか？
*「What’s happened?」は、「What has happened?」の省略形です。現在完了形で、過去に起きたことが現在も継続している、又は現在にも影響がある場合に使われます。

あれからあのプロジェクトはどうなっていますか？
What’s happened to that project since then?
「妹はまだ帰宅していない。彼女にに何か起こったのかな。」

■ What’s happening? – – 何が起こっているのですか？
「What’s happening?」は、「What is happening?」の省略形です。現在進行形で、今現在、発生していることを尋ねています。
