私は上司を見習いたいです。

■ learn by watching – – 見習う
*「watching」の代わりに「observing」などを使った例文もありました。

You should watch and learn from him.
私は彼女の誠実さを見習いたい。
I want to watch and learn from her sincerity.
私たちは彼のトレーニングを見習う。
